Austin Man Killed in Georgetown Construction Accident — A Case Study

Comments Off

This week, an Austin man was killed in a Georgetown on-the-job accident.  The 40-year-old man, who worked for L&O Electric, Inc., an Austin company doing subcontract work on an addition to the Chatsworth Products, Inc. plant, was killed after he was crushed between a wall and a metal cage on the front of a fork lift.

Our firm has handled numerous worksite injuries, and those cases involve several complications that make them more difficult than the average case.  Over the next few days, I plan to use this tragic worksite injury as a case study to discuss some of these complicated issues.
